1. Cancellation Windows
Cancelled 24 hours or more before pickup: full refund of the advance amount. Cancelled between 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% of the advance is refunded. Cancelled less than 12 hours before pickup: advance amount is non-refundable. No-shows at the time of pickup are treated as a cancellation with no refund.
2. Refund Process
Eligible refunds are processed back to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. Bank processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
3. Booking Modifications
Date, time, or vehicle changes are subject to availability. Modifications requested 24 hours or more before pickup are free of charge. Modifications requested within 24 hours of pickup may attract a rescheduling fee. Any price difference due to a change in vehicle or duration must be settled at the time of modification.
4. Early Return & Extension
Returning the vehicle earlier than the booked duration does not entitle you to a partial refund for the unused period. If you wish to extend your booking, please inform us at least a few hours in advance so we can confirm vehicle availability and applicable charges.
5. Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Events
In rare cases of extreme weather, government restrictions, vehicle breakdown, or other circumstances beyond our control, King Self Drive may cancel or reschedule a booking. In such cases, customers are offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
