The minimum age to rent a self drive car is 21 years. The applicant must also have a valid driving license that is at least one year old.

You can book through the "Book Online" form on our website, by phone, or by visiting our office. The booking is confirmed only after the advance payment has been received.

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. The remaining balance is payable at the time of vehicle pickup.

Yes, the security deposit is fully refundable. If the car is returned on time and without any damage, the deposit will be refunded immediately after the trip ends.

Deductions may be made for vehicle damage, traffic violations, unpaid tolls, excess kilometers, or similar charges. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded.

The car is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Fuel costs are not included in the rental price.

Yes, every booking includes a fixed daily kilometer limit. Any usage beyond the included limit will be charged according to the applicable rate card provided at the time of booking.

Yes, you can book a self drive car for outstation trips from Jaipur. Interstate travel requires prior written approval from King Self Drive.

Only the person named on the booking is allowed to drive the vehicle unless an additional driver has been declared and approved in advance.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a partial cancellation fee, while no-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days.

All vehicles are covered under a standard insurance policy. In case of an accident or damage, immediately inform King Self Drive and file a police report if required.
